Gidon Neuman brings a thoughtful, relationship-focused mindset to every client interaction. With a background in finance and an investigative edge shaped by his academic training, he values the opportunity to connect with individuals from all walks of life. His approach is grounded in curiosity and care. He takes the time to understand each person’s circumstances and fosters ongoing communication that feels authentic and supportive.
Before joining The Northshore Group & Partners, Gidon served as a Director of Finance for a healthcare management organization. In that role, he contributed to the organization’s growth from two to ten urgent care clinics across the Chicagoland and Indiana regions. His work supported a variety of strategic initiatives, giving him a hands-on perspective into financial operations during times of rapid development.
Gidon studied Forensic Accounting at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where he also completed a minor in law. He holds the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation, further underscoring his analytical approach to financial matters.
Outside of the office, Gidon enjoys staying active, enjoying basketball or tennis. He and his wife live in Skokie, Illinois, where they’re raising two young children. As a family, they love being outside together, often spending time at the park.
