Ellen (Yu-Tsen) Liu brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to her role as a Client Associate at The NorthShore Group &Partners. With a background that bridges technology, design, and finance, Ellen is driven by a desire to understand people’s needs and create meaningful solutions that support their goals. She values the relationships she builds with clients and takes pride in helping them feel confident and well cared for at every step of their financial journey.
Before joining The NorthShore Group &Partners, Ellen cultivated her analytical and creative strengths through her academic and professional experiences. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Informatics in Business with a minor in Marketing from Indiana University and later completed her Master’s degree in Experience Design at Northeastern University. Her transition from business analysis and design to wealth management taught her a lasting lesson — that whether crafting digital experiences or financial strategies, true value begins with empathy and understanding.
Born and raised in Taiwan, Ellen brings a global perspective and a genuine curiosity about people and cultures to her work. Outside of the office, she enjoys going to the gym, practicing Pilates, playing tennis, and traveling — especially to coastal destinations. She also loves spending time with her family exploring new restaurants and discovering new places together.
